The fundamentals of good nutrition are that a person must eat a well balanced diet with a variety of foods. It is stating the obvious to say that you need to cut out junk foods, fast food takeaways and sugary drinks, but you might be surprised how many people follow a diet yet still include all of these things into the daily food intake.
